Fees, Cancellation & Risk
SignalOps aims to provide a transparent and reliable technology experience to every user.
Fees & Refunds: Subscription, setup, dedicated server and analytics fees are non-refundable once the respective service has been activated or provided. However, duplicate/excess payments, billing errors, services not supplied as agreed, or refunds required under applicable law will be appropriately reviewed and resolved.
Subscription & Cancellation: Monthly and yearly plans remain valid for the period selected at checkout. Users may cancel AutoPay at any time to prevent future recurring payments. Cancelling AutoPay does not automatically close or modify any existing trades, positions or orders in the user's broker account.
Trading Risk: SignalOps is a technology and trade-automation platform. Market returns, profits, targets and stop-loss execution cannot be guaranteed. Actual results or execution may vary due to market movement, volatility, liquidity, slippage, broker/API availability, exchange conditions or connectivity.
User Control: Trading takes place through the user's own broker account. Users should regularly monitor their account, funds, orders and open positions and use the platform according to their own risk tolerance.
By purchasing or using SignalOps services, the user agrees to the applicable plan terms, fees and risk disclosures.
Our commitment: We believe in transparent pricing, responsible technology and fair resolution of genuine billing or service-related concerns.
1. Service scope
SignalOps provides software, infrastructure and automation tools for self-directed trading. Purchasing access is not an investment, deposit, managed portfolio or promise of profit. Informational screens, examples and historical or simulated performance are not personal investment advice. Confirm the scope of any separate service in writing before relying on it.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
Use only accounts you are authorised to operate, provide accurate details and comply with applicable law and your broker agreement. Applicable SEBI, exchange and broker requirements for algorithmic trading must be met before live use. A subscription alone does not provide regulatory permission, broker approval or guaranteed readiness.
Protect passwords, API credentials and approved static-IP settings. Do not misuse accounts, bypass access controls or use automation for manipulative or unlawful activity. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
3. Trading authority and responsibility
Review your chosen strategy, capital, quantities, targets and stops before enabling automation. Orders remain subject to funds, margin, broker/exchange checks, market conditions and availability. Monitor your broker order book and positions: a dashboard status or accepted request does not prove a fill.
Stopping new trading, ending a subscription or cancelling AutoPay does not necessarily cancel existing broker orders or close holdings. Manage those directly with your broker where required. A target, stop loss or trailing rule guarantees neither an execution price nor a maximum loss.
4. Plans, fees and payment
Review the selected capital slab, billing period, discounts and total at checkout. Current capital-linked pricing uses verified own deposits less withdrawals plus realised profit from the applicable API-trading start date. Broker funding and unrealised gains are not own capital. Raise any discrepancy before paying.
Upgrade differences, renewal changes and discounts are as displayed for the applicable period. Additional collections require the payment authorisation applicable to that checkout or mandate. AutoPay setup alone is not proof of a completed renewal payment.
Fees are non-refundable after activation or supply, subject to corrections and mandatory legal remedies in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Service fees purchase access, not trading returns.
5. Availability and data
Software, market data, networks, brokers and payment providers can experience interruptions. Expired permissions, rate limits, exceptional markets or technical faults can delay or prevent operations. Availability and execution are not guaranteed. Reconcile financial reports with broker contract notes and statements; charges, delays and corporate actions can affect comparisons.
6. Suspension and ending access
Access may be restricted for expiry, non-payment, misuse, security concerns or a regulatory/broker requirement. Where appropriate, support will explain the issue and available next steps. Existing broker positions remain your responsibility; cancellation does not waive accrued payment obligations or statutory remedies.
7. Liability and legal rights
Market losses, expected profits and uninterrupted execution are not guaranteed. Each party remains responsible under applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, permits fraud or misrepresentation, or removes remedies for deficient services. These terms do not replace the broker agreement or consumer rights.
8. Privacy, updates and support
Personal information is handled under the privacy policy. Material policy/pricing changes apply prospectively and are communicated through the service or checkout; they do not retrospectively remove existing rights. Indian law applies without restricting access to a competent consumer forum, regulator or court.
